What time is check-in?
Our check-in time is from 2.00pm onwards. Alternatively, if you are arriving prior to that time, we are more than happy to store your luggage here at our reception.
Is an early check-in possible?
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee an early check-in as it depends on the occupancy the night before. However, if an early check-in will be available on the day, we are happy to accommodate this request. Early check-in prices are as follows: 9.00am – 12.00pm €30, 12.00pm – 2.00pm €15.
What time is check-out?
Our check-out time is until 12.00pm midday. Also, we can store your luggage here at our reception if you fly out later.
Is a late check-out possible?
If you decide to extend your stay and to enjoy an extra few hours after 12.00pm in Hotel7, please let our front desk team know and they will be happy to assist you. The late check-out prices are as follows: €20 per extra hour after 12.00pm. This is subject to availability so please do check with our front office team.
Is late check-in possible?
We are happy to let you know that our Hotel 7 front desk team is available 24 hours, thus it won’t be an issue to check-in late.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served to your table as follows:
Weekdays 7.00am to 10.00am
Weekends & Bank Holidays 8.00am to 11.00am
What does breakfast cost?
We are happy to offer you a Full Irish Breakfast for only €12 per person per each morning if it’s pre-booked at our reception. On the day, the price is €14pp. Breakfast is served to your table and includes Nespresso Coffee and a selection of hot and cold items.
Does the hotel provide free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we’re happy to offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout all public areas and bedrooms for our guests.
Is car parking available?
Due to the very central hotel location, we are not able to offer car parking spaces. However, we are happy to provide our guests with the 20% discount for the QPark in Clerys that is located only a 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. Alternatively, there is a pay & display option available, just outside the hotel. Street Parking is free of charge from 7.00pm till 7.00am on the front street and all day on Sundays.
Please be aware should you pre-book parking, we are unable to validate the card for a further discount as this is a discounted ticket price.
What are the conditions to book a bedroom?
When making a booking, you are required to state your name, address, arrival and departure time and method of payment (different rules apply for different rates).
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings that are made directly with the hotel are free to cancel till 12.00am the day before arrival. However, restriction of no-cancellation and no-refund may apply for different dates and rates, such as Advanced Purchase bookings.
Can I claim back on the Stay and Spend Tax Credit Scheme?
Our hotel is registered for the Stay and Spend Tax Credit Scheme. If you stay with us between 1st October 2020 and 30th April 2021 you can claim up to €125 under this scheme, please see revenue.ie for details.
How close is the hotel to Croke Park Stadium?
Croke Park is about a 10-15 minutes’ walk from Hotel7.
How close is the hotel to Dublin city centre?
We are located in Dublin 1, just of Parnell Square and therefore in Dublin city centre. We are about a 5 minutes’ walk from The Spire and a 10-15 minutes’ walk from Temple Bar and the Grafton Street Area.
How to get from Dublin Airport to the hotel?
We would recommend using the Airlink Bus which runs every 15-20 minutes from and to Dublin Airport. You can buy the tickets with the driver at a cost of €7pp. Alternatively, you can pre-book their tickets online. Stops that are situated close to us are Cathal Brugha Street (coming from the airport to the city) and Parnell Square North (going towards Dublin Airport).LESS INFORMATION
